Orientation: Ethically questionable practices have given rise to a tremendous interest in studying leaders’ ethical behaviours, which become subject of for scholars and practitioners alike, how they could affect employee loyalty positively.Research purpose: The aim this study was explore the relationship between leadership organisational commitment South African steel industry.Motivation study: Previous research on influence suggests that leaders are those who inspire, motivate foster an culture enhances psychological connection well-being workers.Research design, approach, method: This quantitative employed cross-sectional approach. measuring instruments were Ethical Leaders Behaviour Questionnaire Organisational Commitment Scale. A convenience sample (N = 200) drawn from among permanent employees at manufacturing company.
